Key Method Pilates, Redondo Beach | Saturday, July 4th, 2026 | 10:30am-1:30pm
My dear friend Katie Donahue is opening Key Method Pilates, a pilates studio in South Redondo Beach and incited me to ! She hosted a Soft Launch Brunch on the Fourth of July, and she invited me to pop up with my sign! Here’s what the attendees had to say about their bodies…

“What’s Your Favorite Thing About Your Body?”
LOCATION: Key Method Pilates
DATE: Saturday, July 4th, 2026
TIME: 10:30am-1:30pm
Answers I heard:
“What’s NOT my favorite thing? So much to love!”
That my body was strong enough to do a triathalon
My hair
My waist
My brain
My eyes
My toes
My eyelashes
It allows me to do the things I love
My shoulders
My legs
My eyes, because I have the same eys as my grandma and dad. They’re the thing that, no matter what is going on in life or how I feel about my body, they’re the one thing that remains constant.
My smile
My biceps
My arms
My eyes and my bald head
My legs because they keep me going and moving
Katie’s favorite thing about her body:
My eyes because when I look at the sun, my eyes turn a little bit auburn, which is why my favorite color is burgendy!
My favorite thing about my body that day:
My legs!
I’m loving collaborating with local fitness studios and bringing a reminder of how incredible your body is into a space of movement. If you know of a studio I should pop up at, please let me know!
What’s your favorite thing about your body?
